Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier conditions, weather, or supply chain delays.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship orders quickly, we are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed to the shipping provider.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SculptCoat LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@sculptcoat.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents so we can assist in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
