Desert Clay – Baked Earth Finish
Desert Clay – Rich Baked Earth Finish
How It Looks
A muted, earthy orange with subtle natural variation — never bright or fake. It mimics the tone of ancient pottery and sun-worn adobe clay.
8oz – Ideal for small projects & models
16oz – Great for dioramas, decor, or multiple prints.
The first coat is light by design. Each layer bonds stronger than the last, building depth and texture until your print looks like real stone.

How to use sculpcoat
How to use sculpcoat
First apply 1 very thin coat. The mix should go on with a milkshake-like consistency, forming a light base layer.
Because brushing too soon can reactivate or brush off the first coat, allow the first coat to set before applying another layer. Avoid heavy pressure with the brush.
You have about 15 minutes of working time, so begin with thin, almost transparent layers and build gradually.
For fine details, figurines, or miniatures, add a small amount of extra water to thin the mix so it flows easily into textures.
After finishing the coat, allow the piece to cure in a humid environment or a closed, near-sealed bin for 24–72 hours to achieve maximum hardness and strength.
